Hi workout At Home Fan,
I have a great idea to get you on the road to a sizzling swimsuit body.
This workout is courtesy of Mike Geary who is the creator of the #1 Ab Program On the Internet entitled
The Truth About Abs.
Summer’s here and warm weather is drawing crowds of people to the beach.
Since it’s getting nice and warm outside, wouldn’t it be more fun to take your workouts to your back yard?
Say goodbye to the super-long, boring, old-fashioned routines because you don’t need them anymore to get a fat-blasting, iron-pumping workout without weights right in your own backyard.
I found this routine that you can do in your backyard for ten to twenty minutes that will leave your
heart pumping, yet allow you to enjoy the summer breeze and the warmth of the summer sun.
If its sunny outside and you want to get a quick workout in go to you backyard and take a few
minutes to stretch, then do ten to twenty minutes of these exercises with about a 30 seecond period of rest in between:
50, 75, or 100-yard wind sprints
-hill sprints (if you have a hill nearby)
-pushup variations
-walking lunge variations
-bodyweight squat variations
-box jump, squat jump, or lunge jump variations
-pullups on the playground monkey bars
-mountain climbers on ground
You may enjoy switching up the exercises throughout the period, or just choosing three or four of your favorites and changing them out.
No matter what, remember to keep the time you rest and catch your breath short, about twenty or thirty seconds, so that the intensity stays up.
Doing these exercises quickly can keep you on the track that maximizes fat burning and boosts your metabolism to its quickest, even though the workout is relatively short.
If you are not in shape right now don’t worry!
You just make the workouts a little easier until you can get used to them.
The effects of fresh air has an amazing effect on you body and some studies show you can burn more fat outside, than when working out inside a stinky and stuffy gym.
Go for it!
