Hey Workout at Home Fans,
I wanted to share this great video with you where Boston Celtics strenth coach Bryan Doo talks about the benefits of the TRX Suspension Trainer.
The Boston Celtics have been using the TRX for the past four years.
It never fails to amaze me how a top rate team like the Boston Celtics does 80 percent of their on the road training with the TRX Suspension trainer when they could choose just about any type of fitness equipment in the world.
What is so cool about this is the fact that you can use the exact same equipment as top pro athletes and you can use the TRX at anytime and anywhere you choose to build functional strength that will make everyday activities easier.
In the video above Doo talks about how the TRX is even more effective if you are tall and how his atlete clients are surprised at how difficult some of the TRX functional strength exercises are.
And it is not just NBA players who use the TRX. Top athletes in all pro sports are using suspension exercise.
Athletes such as superbowl winning quarterback Drew Brees of the New Orleans Saints, MMA fighter George St. Pierre, Tennis star Melanie Oudin all use the TRX suspension trainer.
But you dont have to be an athlete to use the TRX.
The TRX is currently being used by people from all age groups and all fitness levels.
It is even being used by physical and occupational therapists to help rehap their patients who have sustained injuries.
Here are some benefits of working out with the TRX:
- The TRX sets up in seconds by attaching it to a door or outside to a tree or post.
- The TRX is extremely portable and can be stored in its pouch and be carried in a backpack
- You don’t have to worry about dropping weights with the TRX because it works by leveraging your body weight and gravity
- You can make a suspension exercise easier or more difficult by merely shifting your bodyweight

TRX must really work, I watched MMA fighter John St. Pierre do a great fight the other day. I have heard a lot of buzz about this program, might have to check it out for myself.
