Q – Does The TRX Suspension Trainer Stretch like elastic bands?
A- No, The TRX does not stretch. The TRX is constructed of very heavy duty industrial strength soft nylon webbing so that you can create resistance using your own bodyweight.
Q- Is the TRX Suspension Trainer as effective as a weight machine ?
A- In some ways suspension exercise with the TRX Suspension trainer is more effective than a weight machine because with every suspension exercise that you perform your entire core is engaged as your body attempt to balance and stabilize itself. Also you are more likely to workout with the TRX Suspension Trainer because it is so portable and sets up so quickly and easily anywhere inside or outside. A- A maximum weight of 350 lbs is recommended although when the TRX is tested it is loaded with 1400 pounds.

A- No, with the TRX Suspension trainer you can perform up to 300 full body core exercises. You can always integrate other equipment into your workouts though such as kettlebells , dumbells or a jump rope for example if you so desire.

Q- How long should I exercise on the TRX Suspension Trainer?
A – To start out with it is recommended that you exercise from 20-30 minutes today. Any amount of exercise even as little as ten minutes per day is recommended over doing no exercise.
